Biography

Harmon was born in 1809. He was the son of Roswell Rowley and Lucinda Tinker. He married Dialecta Holcomb in 1829 and they had the following known children born in Connecticut:

1. Alfred L. Rowley b. May 1831 d. 1888
2. Frances Ellen Rowley b. 1836 d. 1876

Harmon and family appeared on the 1850 U.S. Census at Chicopee, Hampden, MA; on the 1860 U,S, Census at Belder, Richmond, Georgia; and on the 1870 U.S. Census at Augusta, Richmond, Georgia.

Harmon married P. Delia Unknown between the death of Dialecta in 1873 and 1880 when he appeared on the 1880 U.S. Census with P Delia Rowley at Augusta, Richmond, Georgia. He passed away in 1893 in Augusta, Richmond, Georgia.
