William Russell was a schoolteacher at Green Turtle Cay. Was his brother Thomas John Russell 1786-1853, Justice of the Peace at Hope Town, married to Elizabeth Adams? Joy Lowe Jossi (descendant of Thomas John Russell.)
He passed away about 1833. [2]
