Biography
Charlotte (Rutter) Bowater was born in Worcestershire, England.
Charlotte Rutter ... She was christened in Bellbroughton, Bromsgrove, 11th August 1805[1]. Charlotte and her husband William lived in Dudley, Worcestorshire in the 1841 census with their 5 children at that time. By 1851 they were back in Bellbroughton and then from 1861 to their deaths lived in Clent, Worcestershire. She passed away before her husband William, of "paralysis" per the death certificate. An "Ann Morris" was informant and present at her death. [2]
