Biography

According to Pioneers of Old Monocacy, Martin emigrated to North America and arrived in Philadelphia on 23 August 1728. By 1741 he was in Frederick County, Maryland. He died in 1750; his will names the two children of his first wife, Christian and Anna, but doesn't name the children of his second wife Susanna.[1]
