Israel Schneiderman has Jewish Roots.

Israel Schneiderman was born on the 24th September 1878.

Israel Schneiderman, Tailor, enumerated as a "boarder" with Philip Schneiderman, also a Tailor, and his family, at Westminster St James, in the 1901 census.^[1] Philip and his family were still living in Westminster St James in 1911, at which time Israel and family were at 75 Berwick Street, Oxford St W. Westminster St James.^[2]

He married firstly Annie(?) Zigman, having four known children, two daughters, and two sons:

3. Louis (1910–1992 (Taylor))
4. Diana Sylvia (1918–1994 (Rappaport))

He married secondly Frieda Schiller in 1929, the event being registered in the 3rd Quarter at Stepney.^[3] There were no known children of this union.

Israel was a Master Tailor.

On the 29th September 1939, Israel, employed as a Master Tailor of Gent's Wear, was living with his family in Flat #2, 134 Wardour Street, Westminster, London. Home at the time were his wife: Frieda; and his children: Hyman (Hymie), employed as a Tailor in Gent's wear (Military Uniforms); Louis, employed as a Gent's Tailor (Machiner), and Diana, employed as a Shorthand Typist with S Kerry's.^[4] Louis was later to change his last name to Taylor.

Israel Schneiderman, of 134 Wardour Street, London, England, passed away on the 14th June 1946, aged 66 years, with the event being registered in the 2nd Quarter at Westminster.^[5]

In his will, administration of which was granted on the 22nd July 1947 to Freda Schneiderman, widow, and Louis Taylor, tailor, he left effects to the value of £1568 16s 9d.^[6]
