Fortunata Sconciafurno was born about 1748 in Castel di Sangro, L'Aquila, Abruzzo, Italia, daughter of Pasquale Sconciafurno (~1725– ) and Vittoria Sfirro (~1725– ).
Fortunata married Salvatore DiTola (born in 1749 in Castel di Sangro; son of Marino DiTola and Teresa (Russo) DiTola). Their children were:
- Dionisio DiTola (1774–1837)
- Tobia DiTola (1779–1843)
- Eleucadia Margarita Fiora DiTola (1781–1858)
- Teresa DiTola (1785–1862)
Fortunata died on September 24, 1829 in Castel di Sangro, aged about 80.
