She married Ebenezer Roper on June 29, 1848 in Henrico, Virginia.[1]
Patience died on May 13, 1883 in Manchester, Hillsborough, New Hampshire, United States, aged 57 years, 2 months and 5 days.[2] She is buried with her husband and children in Pine Grove Cemetery in Manchester.[3]
