Effie Seelig was born in February 1875 in Huntington Twnp., Ross Co., Ohio. She is the daughter of Joseph Seelig and Mary Palmer. ^[1]

   Chief of Police H.J. Wallace received a communication today from Strawder Seelig of Sm___ Hill, Ohio, asking that Mrs Chas. Blackburn whose husband formerly worked at Kyle Stove plant, be notified that her mother is at the point of death. Mrs Blackburn is asked to go home as quickly as possible. Chief Wallace so far has been unable to locate the woman.
