Martha was born about 1893, the 4th of 10 children to Geoge E L Selph and Elva L Gibbs. Her siblings were: John A, John Hardy, Jesse Pearl Sr, Mary J, Leslie Tishie, Elizabeth V, Rosella, Ophelia, and Clayton William.
