Biography
Victoria was born in 1856. She is the daughter of James Shadley and Mary Wright.
Married Andrew Winn in 1875, had one daughter who married Harry W. Whitaker.
Married William McNeil in Sept 1886. Had son Earl (born June 1892) and Alexander (born Aug 1886).
Married Samuel Ellison prior to 1900.
