Biography

William was born in 1881. He is the son of John Shannon and Adelaide Foster. [1]

In 1917, William registered for the World War I draft.[2]

William must have died after 1940, as he appears on the 1940 census. He is a widower, head of household and living with his brother-in-law Frank McGrath and Frank's wife.
