OBITUARY,

Mrs. Rebecca Foale.

Mrs. Rebecca Foale, relict of the late Robert Foale, of Faulding & Co.s, died at her son's residence, Jetty road, Glenelg, on Wednesday afternoon, at the age of 86. The deceased, who was a colonist of 63 years, arrived in Adelaide from Rochester, Kent, England, in the ship Gipsy Queen in 1850, and was married the same year at Trinity Church, Adelaide. During her late hus band's lifetime deceased lived at Yankalilla and Robe terrace, Medindie, but latterly had resided at Glenelg.

The following members of the family survive:—Mr. S. F. Foale (Glenelg, Mr. J. J. Foale , (Perth), Mrs. F. Bicford (Perth), and Miss Lizzie Foale.
