Annie was born on 10 January 1885 in Brockton, Worthen. She was the daughter of Sam Mullinex and Susannah Shelvock.
Annie was baptised on 22 February 1885 in Worthen, Salop.
Annie died at the age of 79 on 16 December 1964 at 4 Newbridge, Maesbury, Oswestry.
