Biography

Anna was born May 1862 in Minnesota according to the 1900 census, but she appears in the 1870 census at age 10 with her parents and six siblings.^[1]

Anna married Francis Henry Mack on 6 September 1879 in St. Croix, Wisconsin, United States.^[2]

By 1900 they had 7 children with them.^[3] For more detail see husband Francis Henry Mack (1858-1943).

Anna died (age 64) on 24 January 1927 in Virginia, St. Louis, Minnesota, United States.^[4] Her spouse F. H. Mack is names, as well as parents Timothy and Flora Shealds [sic]. The one discrepancy is that her mother was Ellen Shields according to the 1870 census.

The death record is the only source of a specific birth date, indirect though it is. she died 24 Jan 1927 at the age of 64 days, 7 months, 25 days. That gives 24 Jan 1862.^[5]
