Biography

Polly was born 1799 and died 1875.[1]

Spouse: Johannes Hunsucker
11 April 1824, Johannes Hunsicker executed a Lincoln County, North Carolina, marriage bond naming his intended bride as Polly Sigman. The bondsman was Jacob Hunsicker. Justice of the Peace Frederick Hoke issued and witnessed the bond.

No evidence has been discovered to support that Balthasar and Margaret Sigman had a daughter named "Polly" born circa 1799. The alleged mother Margaret would have been age forty-two when the alleged daughter Polly was born. Balthasar Sigman's 1800-1820 census households do not include a female who could have been Polly Sigman.
