Brytteva Sjursdatter Bergstad, daughter of Sjur Johannesen Bergstad and Anna Johnsdatter was born on 6 February 1834 at Bergstad (farm) and baptised on 23 February 1834 in Voss, Hordaland, Norge.[1] Her siblings were:
