Biography
Florrie Isabel Smart was born on 25 October 1897, at Hobart, Tasmania, Australia.[1] She was the daughter of Richard Smart (1872- ) and Sarah Jane Victoria Fieldwick (1862-1939).
Florrie married Vivian William Somerville Provan (1895-1991) in 1924, at Urana, New South Wales, Australia.[2]
She passed away on 28 June 1981, at Caringbah, New South Wales, Australia.[3]
