Biography

Jane Elvira Smith was the fourth child of Archibald and Sarah McClellan Smith.

After her marriage to Alexander Newton Harris on March 13, 1856, they lived with his parents, Solomon and Jane M. Philips Harris, where she raised three boys. Their first child died in infancy.

Jane Elvira (Smith) Harris passed away in 1909 ^[1] .
