George was born about 1846.[1] He was the son of William Smith and Catherine Pidcock.
In 1908 George was registered to vote at Oak Road, Hastings, New Zealand.[2]
He passed away on 22nd of February 1917 at Hastings.[3][4][5]
He left his estate to his wife for her life and then his sister Eliza Ward, wife of John Ward, who lived in Leicester, England,
