Mrs. John Suchadoll Dies Here
Burial In Frelsburg
Last rites for Mrs. John Suchadoll were held Monday morning at Untermeyer Funeral home, with continued services at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic church in Frelsburg. the Rev. A. W. Bockholt officiating.
Mrs. Suchadoll died in Columbus hospital early Saturday morning of heart failure. She had been taken there the day before. Although she had been in frail health for several years, she had remained active.
Rosary was recited at the funeral home Saturday and Sunday evenings by Rev. Bockholt and Rev. Alex Kraus. She was buried in the Frelsburg Catholic cemetery.
Born in the northern part of Colorado county May 14, 1887, her maiden name was Adel Sonsel, daughter of August and Sophia Dungen Sonsel. She was married to John Suchadoll in November 1907. The couple celebrated their Golden Wedding anniversary at their home near Frelsburg in 1957. She was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul church and of St. Anne’s Altar society. Survivors are her husband, 3 sons, Hubert and Rubin of Frelsburg and Edgar of Columbus; and a daughter, Mrs. Claude Rhodes of Columbus; also 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; a brother, Henry Sonsel of Shiner and a sister, Mr. R. J. Gloger of Houston: and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Herman Sonsel, Houston; Leroy Gloger, Friendswood; Charles Gloger, Baytown; Robert Moore Sr., Waco; Emil Laqua, Shiner, and Frank Braden of Columbus.

Gloger, and Mr. and Mrs. Herman Sonsel and family, Houston; Miss Mattie Miller, Flatonia; Mr. and Mrs. Emil Laqua and Henry Sonsel, Shiner; Herbert Miller, Brenham; Mrs. Elmo Islet, Houston; Mr. and Mrs. Elo Schertz and family, Fayetteville; and Mrs. Larkin Koehl, Ellinger.
