Davenport, Iowa

Davenport is a city in Scott County, Iowa, for which it serves as the county seat. Davenport is located on the Mississippi River on Iowa's eastern boundary, across the river from Rock Island, Illinois, and is one of the principal cities of the bi-state Quad Cities metropolitan area.
