There is a dark roof on the barn and home, and they are connected by a metal roof-ed 'L.' [...] A woman from Boston, Louisa Morrow, remodeled the home in about 1880 [...] She is the person who removed the single chimney and put in the two smaller chimneys. She had the barn taken down and moved next to the house. It is connected by a walkway that has a metal covered roof. There is a large field."
