Martha Patsy's will was written on 2 Sep 1850 and submitted for probate on 28 Oct 1850.[2]
The Mahala's in the two lists are not the same person. The Mahala Brown in the Chancery Case Appleberry v Brown died in 1831. The two William Browns may be the same person. He would have been about 50 at the time of Martha Patsy's death.
