  • Heinrich Schwingshackl schreibt: "Bis 1897 konnte ich den Eigentümer nicht ausfindig machen. 1897 kauft Josef Sinner (2.9.1845 – 7.8.1905), Sohn des „Lahna-Bauern“ in Wiesen und von Beruf Fassbinder. Daher wohl der Hofname „Lana–Binta“."
  • In den Welsberger Verfachbüchern von 1897 (649 Kf.) ist "Sinner Josef Binder junior" als Käufer angeführt, als Verkäufer "Gitzl Andrä Hausbesitzer"
