Biography
Thomas first appears on the Bertie Co., NC tax rolls in 1803. 200 acres of land listed to him since 1788. He married Margaret Stephens abt. 1780 in North Carolina.

Dan Sparkman
The death place and date for this subject need to be re-examined. Lake City, Florida, was founded well after 1808 and was named Alligator for some years after its founding, so the subject could not have died there and then.
