Maria Concetta Spadafora, daughter of Giuseppe Spadafora and Leoluchina Traina, marries Salvatore Colletti, son of Rosario Colletti and Lucia Nicastro, on 7 September 1879.[1]
Maria Concetta and Salvatore have at least four children: Rosario (1882), named after his paternal grandfather; Lucia (c. 1885), named after her paternal grandmother; Giuseppe (1887), named after his maternal grandfather, and Francesca Paola (1895).
Filippo Quaglino and Giovanna Nicastro stand as godparents to Rosario on 3 August 1882.[2]
Giuseppe is born on 16 July 1887 and baptized the next day in Corleone. His godparents are Onofrio Martorana and Maria Timpa, a married couple.[3]
Francesca Paola is born 20 April 1895 in via Pipa, #28, in Corleone and baptized 22 April. She is the daughter of Salvatore Colletti, 45 (b. 1840---he is probably a couple years younger), contadino, and Maria Concetta Spatafora. Her godmother is Giuseppa Grizzaffi, called Pecorino, who is unmarried.[4][5]
Lucia marries Arcangelo Ferrara, a widower, on 15 March 1904 in Corleone.[6]
