Biography
Joseph was born in 1946 in Chatham County, North Carolina. He was the son of Taylor Spivey and Lucille Burns.
When he was 21 he married Linda Christine Teague in Chatham County. They had two children together, a boy, and a girl.
He passed away in 2017 in Sanford, North Carolina, and was buried in Cumnock Community Cemetery.
