Mary Ann (23) and her husband James Giddings (26) emigrated to South Australia on the Thetis, arriving at Port Adelaide on 6 Sep 1851. ^[1]

She died age 82 on 1 Oct 1910 in Collinswood, South Australia ^{[2] [3]} and was buried in North Road Cemetery. ^{[4] [5]}
