Biography
Barrie Charles Spring was born on 29 November 1924, the son of Edith Spring and William John Spring.[1][2][3]
He was a lawyer, admitted to the Bar in 1947.[2][3]
He was Chief Justice of Western Samoa from 1966 to 1972.[2][3]
