Biography

William H Starcher was born October 22, 1857 and is the son of Arnold Starcher and Isabelle Blosser. He grew up in Spencer, Virginia (now West Virginia)[1][2] along with seven siblings; Matilda Starcher, Edward Starcher, Rebecca J Starcher, Isaac Burton Starcher, Salina Sallie Starcher, Calvin R Starcher and Robert Lee Starcher.

William married Lucretia Mace October 16, 1881[3][4] and they made their home in Spencer, West Virginia until her death November 24, 1888. Together they did not have any children. William supported his family working the family farm. He died March 8, 1917[5][6] in Akron, Ohio and his place of burial is unknown at this time.
