Investigated FAG date 0f 1867, that is date written on the Death Certificate, and FAG provider will not correct the date.
Investigation shows date of 1868 written on 1900 US Census, and using reported age on Census of 1870, 1880, 1900,1910,1920,1930, her calculated birth year is 1868. In Census of 1870, she was 1 yr old, then increased by 10 for each suceeding Census, 1880 age 11, 1900 age 31, etc. Her birth month of Sept is correct, and since US Census is usually completed prior to Sept, I calculate her correct birth year to be 1868. If it were 1867, she would be 2 in 1870, 12 in 1880, 32 in 1900, etc. Remember, most 1890 Census records were destroyed in a fire.
