Billy Henry Stephens, 70, of Magee passed away Thursday, November 3, 2010, at Magee General Hospital. He was born in Magee on November 14, 1939, a son of Vera (Tillson) Stephens of Magee, and the late Henry Stephens. Billy, a retired attorney, is survived by two sisters: Bobbie (Dr. Patrick J.) Pasco, and June Berry, both of Magee; and a brother, Joe T. Stephens of Brandon, MS.

Visitation is Thursday, November 4, 2010, from 5 pm to 8 pm at Tutor Funeral Home in Magee. Religious service will be at Tutor Funeral Home Chapel, Magee, MS, at 10:00 am on Friday, November 5, 2010, with Rev. Paul Padgett officiating. Burial will be in Magee City Cemetery. ^[1]
