Biography
Alice Stidston born 1859 Plymouth, married James Plomer Cregoe in 1882, Went to New York 1887-1888 then back to Cornwall, died 1944 in Paddington. In 1911 James 57 born in Helston was living on private means at 66 Belvedere Road, Norwod, with Alice 53 his wife of 29 years and their four children, Charles Lancelot 28 merchant’s clerk, Alice Marguerite 25 professional violinist ARCM, both born in Plymouth, Julian Plomer 23 stock broker’s clerk, born at Charleston, USA, and Esmie Gladys 21 a governess born at Bodmin..
She married James Cregoe in 1882.[3]
