Biography

Birth

• Pinas Cosman was circumcised on February 19, 1791 in Amsterdam.^[1]As circumcision is performed on the 8th day after birth he must have been born on February 11, 1791.

• He is the son of Cosman Levie Stijsel and of Lea Minskes.^[2]

Marriage

• In 1821 Pinas marries at the age of 30 years, in 1821 in Amsterdam, with Rachel van Moses Barzilaij, born in Amsterdam and 19 years of age. ^[2]

Death

• Pinas Cosman Stijssel died on March 27, 1844 in Amsterdam.^[3]
