John Eldridge Stillwell was born 23 May 1896 in Oklahoma. He is the son of John Eldridge Stillwell and Ida Alice Martin.

He married Pearl Alice Gamble 11 July 1921 in Holly Creek, Oklahoma. The license was noted in the paper on July 13. [1][2]

John was a Private in the United States Army from 19 Sep 1917 until 25 Mar 1918.[3] He was in Company M, 140th Infantry.[4]

John died 23 Jul 1968 in Sevier, Arkansas in DeQueen General Hospital. [5] He is buried in Holly Creek Cemetery in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.[6]
