Mother Lizzie's 1900 US Census lists Lizzie as having 6 children, all living and listed on the census family group. So either the birth month for Elsa is August and birth year is 1883 which means the census data is in error or there was another child, name unknown that belongs to the August 1883 birth record and the census data for Mother Lizzie is in error as she has 7 children, not 6.
