Biography
John Stocks is a part of US Black heritage.
John was born about 1865. He was the son of Green Stocks and Frances Johnson.[1]
Widower, John Y Stocks, and the widow, Willie (aka Willa) Turner Siler, daughter of Alex Turner and Henrietta Ring, married on 20 Jul 1907 in Los Angeles, California.[1] In 1910, the couple and their blended family were living in Pasadena Ward 3, Los Angeles, California.[2]
He passed away in 1913.[3] Burial was in the Mountain View Cemetery and Mausoleum, Altadena, Los Angeles County, California.[4]
