Biography

In 1883 she married Robert Blackett Pearson. [1]

In 1893 she married William Ahern in Greenough. [2]

In 1899 they had a stillborn child in Greenough to William A'Hern.

Sudden Death of a Woman.— A woman named Ahern, living at Mt. Hill, Walkaway, was taken ill at 2 p.m. Tuesday last, and at 6 o'clock the same day she was dead. The body was brought into Geraldton on Wednesday morning, and in the afternoon a post mortem examination was conducted by Dr. Hungerford. The doctor was unable to certify to the cause of death, and has sent portions of the body to the Government analyst. An inquest was opened last night by the coroner (Mr. Gee) and a jury consisting of Messrs. T. R. de Lucey, J. Kelly and K. Sander, and adjourned sine die. Deceased was the mother six children, the eldest being 18 years of age. Her husband recently underwent an operation for cancer in the Geraldton Hospital. The family is understood to have been in distressed circumstances for some time.

She is buried in Greenough Pioneer Cemetery.
