Biography
Claude U. Stone, the son of William Lee Stone and Hannah Olson, was born 11 May 1879 and died 13 November 1957. He married Alma M. Poppen. They had two children:
- Sheila Stone Day (1914 - 2000)
- Claude U. Stone, Jr. (1926 - 2014)
Claude was a US Congressman from Illinois from 1911 to 1917. He served in the Spanish American War in Cuba in 1898 to 1899.
