Emma was born in 1891 in Louisiana. There is an Emma listed as the daughter of Jesse and Margurete Stout in Franklin Parish, Louisiana, in the 1900 census.[1]:

Emma appears to have been the second wife of Andrew C Lowery. She was 38 years old when she married for the first time in 1929. In 1930, the couple was living in Madison Parish, Louisiana.
Andrew's four children from his first marriage was living with them.[2] They were still there in 1940, but no children were in the home by that time.[3]
She passed away in 1976.[4] Burial was in the Stout Cemetery in Franklin Parish,
Louisiana, where a Jesse and Lula Stout are also buried.[5]
