In the 1930 census Annice (age 13) was the daughter of Will C Strong in West Road 61, Mound Bayou, Bolivar, Mississippi, United States.^[1]

Annyce married Waldo Bryant on 16 November 1935.^[2] Their children were:

1. Waldo E. Bryant, Jr. b. 1937
2. Kenneth Bryant, b. 1939 ^[3]

In the 1950 census Annyce (age 33), Proprietor, was the married niece of John Threadgill in Gary, Lake, Indiana, United States. She and her family were all living there.^[4]

Annyce was mentioned on a memorial in Oak Hill Cemetery, Gary, Lake County, Indiana, United States with a death date of 27 March 2006.^[5]

ANNYCE M. BRYANT Gary, Indiana Formerly of Mound Bayou, MS Age 89 years, departed this life on Monday, March 27, 2006 at Methodist Hospital Northlake. She was a member of First A.M.E. Church and graduate of Mound Bayou High School. Preceded in death by her parents, Will C. & Charlotte Strong; husband, Waldo E. Bryant, Sr.; brothers, Perry, Joshua and Lawrence Strong; sisters, Willie McClendon and Mary West. She leaves to cherish fond memories 2 sons, Waldo E. Bryant; 3 sisters, Hannah Alverine Gibson of Gary, IN, Jewell (Willie) Hall of Chicago, IL, Vera Anderson of Albany, CA; special sister-in-law, Irma Smith and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation Monday, April 3, 2006 from 9 to 11:00 a.m. Funeral services Monday at 11:00 a.m., all services at First A.M.E. Church, 2001 Massachusetts St., Rev. Lewis E. Grady officiating. Interment Oak Hill Cemetery. Professional services rendered by: Guy & Allen Funeral Directors, Inc.
