Minnie was born in 1895. She is the daughter of William Sullivan and Mary Unknown. In 1900, the family was living in Calhoun County, Florida. Mary had two half-siblings - William and Mary, from her father's first marriage, two full siblings (Martha and John), and a half-brother from her mother's first marriage (Charlie Young).[1] By 1910, her mother had passed, and she was living with her father and stepmother, siblings, and half-siblings, in Calhoun County, Florida.[2]
