Biography
Laurence was born in 1908.
He married Muriel Evelyn Minchin (daughter of Henry Edward Arthur Minchin and Abigail Heaven) in 1920 in Tumut, New South Wales, Australia.
He had two sons and two daughters.
He died in about 1971.

My father Laurence William Sutton .. His parents were Mrs Nellie ( Nee Brown ) and William Sutton .. My fathers father worked on the Tumut council for years and died when my father was 14 and his sister Edie a little older .. All other half sisters and a brother Don Sutton did not belong to my fathers father and arrived after my fathers father died .... Terrence Michael Sutton ..

My father Laurence William Sutton Was NOT born 1904 he was born 1908 .. On the twenty second day of August .. And he died in Lidcome Sydney hopital 1968 .. ( He had a lung illness . and my sister and my mother Muriel Evylin Sutton arranged him to sign ending his life .. I was not told until too late .. He was a living saint and a beautiful father until he died . Terrence Michael Sutton ..

My father built he Tumut sewage and water reticulation works as clerk of works under the Engineer then Billy Williams and My father ran that all on his own for 30 years to he complete satisfaction of The Engineer And the Tumut then Shire council . My father and my mother left TUMUT in 1959 and moved to Sydney .. Where he worked in office organization of the entire Dept. of Main Roads area under him . Along with the engineers on board .
