Biography

Charley was a welder by profession and an avid Mason. Charley remembers his first car he ever saw. It was a Model-T Ford owned by Dr. Litton (the Tioga Sawmill company doctor). It could be heard a mile down the road, banging and popping, and back then everyone would rush outside to see the contraption.
