Rosa Lee Tackett was born January 7, 1883 in Lincoln County, West Virginia, United States. She was the daughter of Elijah Tackett and Martha Adams. Prior to 1900, Rosa married Charles Edward McClure (1877-1949), son of Reece McClure and Rebecca Grass McClure. She passed away in 1954.
