Thomas Linière was born on 8 October 1850, and was baptized two days later in Sainte-Marie-de-Beauce. He was the son of Thomas Jacques Taschereau and Marie Anne Amable Fleury Delagorgendiere.[1] He married Anny Breaky on 14 January 1874 at Notre-Dame de Québec.[2] Later widowed, he married Zoë Mary Alleyn on 18 July 1877 in Saint-Vallier.[3]
