Biography
Augustin was born on 24 February 1800, the son of François Tassé and Isabelle Leblanc. He was baptized the same day at Saint-Martin-de-Laval. The parrain was Augustin Tassé and the marraine, Marie Françoise Provôt.
He married Sophie Hotte on 2 February 1818 at Saint-Martin-de-Laval. Four couples were married on that day at the parish of Saint-Martin. Augustin, cultivateur, and Sophie had nine children.
He passed away in 1849 at the age of forty-eight. Augustin was buried on 20 January 1849 at Sainte-Rose-de-Lima.
