John was born on 29 Jul 1807 in Warwick, Orange, New York. He was the son of Aaron Taylor and Jannitje (Eckerson) Taylor. He was buried in Oakland Cemetery.[1]
He died on 3 Jun 1888 in Janesville, Bremer, Iowa.
