- Leslie's Death Notice reads:
- "TAYLOR, Leslie - September 15, 1956 at his residence 60a Aileyne Street, Chatswood, beloved husband of Myrtle, loved father of Tui (Mrs. Brazier), June (Mrs. Muncey) and Rae." After a Service at St. Thomas's Church of England, North Sydney he was cremated at Northern Suburbs Crematorium where he has a Memorial (Memorial Gardens, South-West Terrace Section, Wall 1)
