Biography
Washington A Taylor was born in 1843 in Covington County, Alabama, son of John Arnett Taylor (1806–1872) and Rebecca Carter (about 1808–1884).
Washington died in 1864 in Vicksburg, Warren, Mississippi, aged 21.
